I was pleasantly surprised that the steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare how I requested and was very delicious! The rest of our steaks also came out as requested and we were all impressed. The sauteed vegetables are a great side and the onion rings and fries were also good. We shared a slice of cheesecake with strawberries and it was also surprisingly delicious! Our waitress Karina was attentive and informative. The only negative was the decore and overall atmosphere as it still looks like the pizza parlor that was there before. A little too bright inside for a steakhouse. Overall the food makes up for any negatives about the place.

Had a ribeye steak tonight with a salad and baked potato. The steak was very good... in fact all of the food was terrific! Spent about $100.00 for 3 adults.

It's a nice little steak house for Delano. Menu is very limited, no starters, so that was a shock, but they do have sandwiches and burgers to accompany the steak menu, though we went for the steaks and it didn't disappoint, wish they had more items and even more drink items would help and complement the meal perfectly. Atmosphere is though a little dull, needs a life to it, looks boring and dull. But for a small town like Delano, this should suffice.

The staff was great and the place had room for many families. The lamb chops were delicious. I will recommend this to family and friends.

We were so happy to have stopped at Guillermo’s Steakhouse for dinner. Grandson had the Ribeye, hubby had the Guillermo Burger and I had the. Steak Salad and they all were so delicious and prepared perfectly. The Onion Rings and French Fries were so delicious as well. We look forward to returning. Five Stars to Guillermo’s
